What you will be doing: E-Commerce Live Chat Support Specialists respond to incoming customer inquiries through live messaging platforms embedded on retail websites and social channels. Your interactions will encompass both service-related concerns from established customers and product inquiries from prospective buyers.

Contract length: Open-ended, no predetermined expiration.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of accessing website chat interfaces and social media platforms. Ability to function autonomously and manage workload independently. Capacity to adhere to documented procedures and protocols consistently. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Fast, stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10 or more hours weekly.
