Remote Live Chat Customer Service Specialist – Phone Support

We’re seeking a Remote Live Chat Customer Service Specialist to handle phone support and provide exceptional assistance to customers through digital channels. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while delivering real-time responses and support via live chat platforms. You’ll tackle customer inquiries, resolve issues, deliver accurate information, and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty across all interactions.

What you will be doing: As a phone support agent, you’ll respond to incoming customer service requests through live chat channels on company websites and social platforms. You’ll address both customer support concerns from active users and pre-sales inquiries from prospective clients. 

Contract length: Ongoing, no predetermined end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer to engage with chat systems and website platforms. Self-directed work style with the ability to adhere to clear guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability required. Stable, dependable internet access is essential.

Hours per week: Minimum 10+ hours weekly.

Location: Fully remote position, work from anywhere online, United States candidates preferred.
