What you will be doing: You’ll manage incoming live chat messages from both current clients needing assistance and prospective customers interested in making a purchase. Chat representatives field technical questions, billing inquiries, and general product information requests through website chat windows and social platforms.
Contract length: Open-ended, no set expiration date.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: Access to a working device that connects to chat interfaces on websites and social channels, whether smartphone, tablet, or computer. Capable of working solo without constant oversight. Willingness to follow written guidelines precisely. At least 10 hours each week available. Dependable high-speed internet connection at your location.
