What you will be doing: As a Shopify Chat Specialist, you’ll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat on business websites and social platforms. You may assist current customers seeking support or engage prospective customers interested in making a purchase.

Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a device with the capability to access website chat and social media platforms, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-directed work style is essential. Ability to adhere closely to documented procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Fast and stable internet access required.
