Shopify Assistant – Remote Work Available

What you will be doing: As a Shopify Assistant, you’ll respond to incoming messages from customers seeking help or information. You’ll manage conversations across website chat interfaces and social platforms, addressing both existing customer support needs and inquiries from prospective buyers looking to make purchases. 

Contract length: Ongoing, no set expiration date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a working device capable of accessing chat platforms and social channels (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Ability to function independently while following provided guidelines and procedures. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet access required.

Hours per week: Minimum 10+ hours weekly.

Location: Fully remote position available worldwide, United States applicants preferred.
