What you will be doing: You’ll respond to customer inquiries through live chat channels on company websites and social media platforms. Your conversations will address both support concerns from existing users and product questions from prospective customers.

Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a device with internet access capable of running website chat and social media platforms, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-direction and ability to execute procedures accurately as provided are essential. A stable internet connection and minimum 10+ weekly hours of availability are required.
