What you will be doing: Text-based live chat support specialists field customer inquiries through integrated chat systems on company websites and messaging platforms. You’ll address concerns from current customers seeking help or welcome prospective buyers with answers to their initial questions.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, phone, or tablet with the capability to use web-based chat platforms and social messaging applications. Capacity to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Ability to adhere closely to standard operating procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours per week availability. Consistent, dependable internet access required.
