We’re looking for people with strong written communication abilities to join us as Chat Support Assistants. Your day-to-day work involves delivering top-notch customer service via live chat messaging on websites and platforms like Facebook Messenger. This position requires no in-person interaction whatsoever. All communication happens through online messaging channels such as Facebook Messenger. Since these are fully remote roles, you’ll have the ability to work from any location with an internet connection.
Your responsibilities as a chat support assistant include responding to incoming messages on company websites and social media channels. Daily tasks involve addressing customer inquiries, sharing product information and purchase links, and applying promotional offers when appropriate.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is necessary, along with dependable internet access. You’ll also need competent English writing proficiency.
Skills/background needed: This position is designed for entry-level candidates, so comprehensive onboarding and training are included. Prior experience in live chat support is not required.
Location: Work from anywhere globally, with preference for United Kingdom-based candidates.
