Remote Facebook Chat Assistant – Work from Home

Are you comfortable navigating Facebook and connecting with customers? We’re seeking Remote Facebook Chat Assistants to respond to customer messages through Facebook Messenger on behalf of our clients. This position plays a key role in delivering quick, courteous responses that strengthen customer relationships and boost satisfaction ratings.

What you will be doing: As a Remote Facebook Chat Assistant, you’ll respond to incoming messages from customers seeking help or product information via Facebook Messenger and web-based chat platforms. You may field technical questions from current customers or answer inquiries from prospective buyers interested in learning more about offerings.

Contract length: Ongoing, with no set endpoint.

Rate: $35 hourly.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with the ability to access chat platforms and social media. Strong self-direction and the capacity to follow detailed protocols. A minimum of 10 hours weekly availability. Fast, consistent internet access required.

Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.

Location: Work from anywhere online, candidates based in the United States are preferred.
