We’re recruiting a Customer Onboarding Specialist for remote, phone-based engagement with new clients. In this position, you’ll connect with customers during their initial touchpoints, delivering voice-based guidance to ensure they’re set up for success and have all the information they need to get started.
What you will be doing: As a phone-based onboarding agent, you’ll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat channels embedded on company websites and messaging platforms. You’ll address both product questions from current users and pre-purchase inquiries from prospective clients.
Contract length: Open-ended, no minimum commitment required.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Requires access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for engaging with chat platforms and web portals. Self-directed work style preferred. Strong attention to detail when executing provided protocols and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connectivity required.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.
Location: Fully remote position, based online, United States candidates preferred.
