Rate: $35 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to incoming live chat messages and email requests from customers.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately to address all customer and member needs.
- Uphold quality standards and courteous service at all times.
Skills/Background Needed:
- A computer, phone, or tablet that can run web browsers and access chat platforms.
- Comfort working solo while following company procedures and protocols.
- At least 10+ hours per week you can dedicate to this position.
- Stable internet connection required.
Hours Per Week: 10 – 40 hours a week.
