Your daily tasks involve responding to incoming chat messages on company websites and social platforms. You’ll answer inquiries from customers, share relevant product information, suggest promotional offers, and guide people toward solutions, all through typed conversations.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You’ll need a device such as a laptop, desktop computer, smartphone, or tablet, plus a stable broadband or mobile connection. Proficiency in basic written English is essential for this position.
