We’re recruiting Twitch Chat Support Representatives to handle real-time conversations and keep audiences engaged throughout streaming sessions. Your responsibilities will include monitoring chat activity, fostering a welcoming atmosphere, responding to viewer questions, and flagging important issues for streamers to address. What you will be doing: As a live chat support representative, you’ll respond to customer inquiries coming through chat windows on social media channels and business websites. You may field technical support requests from current users or answer product questions from prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a computer, phone, or tablet capable of accessing chat platforms and social media interfaces. Ability to work without direct supervision. Comfort following detailed guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours per week availability. Stable, dependable internet access.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Fully remote position, based online, United States residents preferred.
