As a Junior Game Tester, you’ll evaluate gameplay mechanics, user interface design, and overall enjoyment levels. Roles: Your main responsibilities involve installing apps on your mobile device and systematically testing their functionality. After completing your testing sessions, you’ll document your findings in a detailed review, noting any bugs, issues, or areas for improvement.
Requirements: You’ll need to own at least one compatible device, such as an iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour (rates may vary based on app complexity and the level of detail needed in your feedback).
Skills/background needed:
- Access to a working smartphone or tablet with the ability to download and operate applications.
- Comfortable working autonomously without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail when executing assigned test procedures
- Minimum 5 hours of availability each week
- Stable broadband or mobile internet connection
Hours per week: Flexible.
