Customer Support Agent – Facebook Messenger (Entry Level)

We’re seeking Entry Level Customer Support Agents to handle real-time conversations on Facebook Messenger for business accounts. You’ll respond to customer inquiries following our established guidelines and training materials. No experience necessary, just basic English skills and a minimum 10-hour weekly availability commitment.

What you will be doing: As a Facebook Messenger support agent, you’ll address incoming customer inquiries through live chat on business Facebook accounts. These conversations may range from troubleshooting requests by existing customers to product questions from prospective buyers.

Contract length: Open-ended, no expiration date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running social media and chat platforms. Capacity to work autonomously. Strong attention to detail when executing assigned procedures. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.

Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection, United States based candidates preferred.
