We’re hiring Remote Chat Support Assistants to engage with customers through live chat messaging. What you will be doing: As a chat support assistant, you’ll manage incoming customer messages through live chat platforms embedded on websites and social channels. You’ll handle both support requests from current customers and product inquiries from prospective clients, ensuring each conversation is handled professionally and efficiently.
Contract length: Ongoing, flexible arrangement.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of using website chat platforms and social media. Ability to work autonomously and follow detailed procedures consistently. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.
