You’ll be responding to direct messages, helping customers find what they need, and closing sales through friendly conversation. This fully remote opportunity lets you work from your home or anywhere with an internet connection while supporting thriving e-commerce businesses.
What you will be doing: Remote chat agents respond to incoming customer inquiries via messaging on social platforms and company websites. You’ll handle both support questions from existing buyers and sales inquiries from interested prospects.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Access to a device for social media and chat platforms, Phone, Tablet, or Laptop all work. Capable of working without constant supervision. Willingness to follow detailed guidelines and workflows. At least 10 hours per week available. Dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
