We’re seeking a Remote Twitter Chat Agent to deliver exceptional customer engagement and support across Twitter platforms. In this Work from Home role, you’ll be the point of contact for customers reaching out through tweets, direct messages, and mentions. Your primary focus will be monitoring conversations, crafting thoughtful responses, and addressing customer needs promptly and professionally. What you will be doing: As a Remote Twitter Chat Agent, you’ll respond to incoming customer inquiries and messages via Twitter. You may handle support requests from existing customers or answer product questions from prospective buyers. Your work takes place entirely through Twitter’s interface and related messaging systems.
