We’re seeking a Remote Phone App Tester to become an integral part of our mobile testing operations. In this position, you’ll conduct thorough evaluations of smartphone applications, uncover defects, and deliver comprehensive assessments to drive app improvements. This opportunity suits individuals with a passion for technology who want to gain hands-on experience in mobile application quality assurance.
Roles: Your responsibilities include installing applications onto your personal smartphone or tablet and systematically evaluating every feature. Following your testing sessions, you’ll document your findings in a detailed report and highlight any issues discovered during the process.
Requirements: You must own at least one compatible device from the following options: iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphone, Android Tablet
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour (Rates may vary based on application complexity and the depth of analysis needed).
Skills/background needed:
- Ownership of a mobile device and proficiency with downloading and operating applications
- Capability to manage work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail when executing specified procedures and guidance
- Minimum 5 hours weekly availability
- Stable internet connectivity
Hours per week: Flexible.
Location: Entirely remote based (United Kingdom preferred). We’re rapidly scaling our remote mobile testing positions to meet current demand.
