We’re seeking a part-time Customer Service Chat Support specialist to deliver excellent service from your home office. This position suits individuals who excel at written communication and prefer handling customer inquiries through messaging platforms instead of phone conversations. You’ll strengthen customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, professional responses that address their concerns and build lasting relationships.
This role is entirely text-based and online. You won’t interact with customers through in-person meetings or voice calls, just purely through chat platforms like Facebook Messenger. Since it’s a remote position, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection and complete flexibility in your location.
As a chat support professional, you’ll respond to incoming messages on company websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, recommending promotions, and facilitating smooth customer interactions.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is necessary, along with dependable broadband connectivity. You’ll also need competent English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: These positions are designed for newcomers to chat support work. Comprehensive onboarding is included, and prior experience in this field is not required to apply or succeed.
