Seeking a Sales Chat Agent to engage with customers through text-based conversations and help them complete purchases? This remote position lets you leverage your conversational abilities to earn hourly wages plus commission rewards. You’ll work from home, responding to messages from ready-to-buy shoppers across multiple eCommerce platforms. No phone calls, no cold outreach, just straightforward chat-based sales support. We provide comprehensive onboarding, welcome newcomers to sales roles, and you can begin working this week.

What you will be doing: You’ll respond to incoming messages from customers browsing eCommerce websites and social channels. Your chat sessions will address product inquiries from shoppers considering a purchase or handle follow-up questions from past buyers. Every conversation moves toward completing a transaction or resolving a customer concern through written communication.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of accessing websites and social messaging systems. Strong self-direction and the capacity to work unsupervised. Ability to adhere closely to guidelines and chat scripts. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connectivity required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
