What you will be doing:

  • Engage with customers through Facebook Messenger conversations on retail business accounts.
  • Answer product questions, share specifications, and handle purchase-related discussions with professionalism.
  • Share relevant product URLs and inform customers of current discounts and special offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Key Requirements:

  • Computer, smartphone, or tablet with reliable functionality.
  • Consistent, high-speed internet access.
  • Strong written English communication ability.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Facebook support is not required, we offer thorough onboarding.
  • Ability to manage your workload with minimal supervision.
