What you will be doing: Chat support specialists respond to incoming messages from website visitors and social media contacts via live messaging platforms. You’ll field both product questions from current users and purchase inquiries from prospective buyers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a computer, phone, or tablet capable of accessing website chat windows and social channels. Self-motivated work style required.
