Remote Inbound Sales Rep – Chat Support Specialist

We’re hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Rep who specializes in chat support to turn customer inquiries into revenue. You’ll connect with prospects through live chat messaging, learn what they’re looking for, and present them with customized options, entirely text-based with zero phone duties. Perfect for someone with rapid typing abilities and natural persuasion skills, this role pairs sales fundamentals with location flexibility and remote convenience.

What you will be doing: Chat support specialists respond to incoming messages from website visitors and social media contacts via live messaging platforms. You’ll field both product questions from current users and purchase inquiries from prospective buyers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a computer, phone, or tablet capable of accessing website chat windows and social channels. Self-motivated work style required. Capacity to follow detailed instructions consistently. At least 10 hours weekly availability. Strong, stable internet connection essential.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online, United States based preferred.
