Remote Customer Care Chat Support – Part Time

We’re seeking engaged Chat Support Representatives to deliver outstanding customer care via live chat channels. This part-time remote opportunity suits individuals with excellent written communication abilities and genuine enthusiasm for resolving customer needs. This position requires no in-person interaction. Your work happens entirely online through messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger and similar chat systems. As a fully remote role, you can operate from your preferred location and manage your schedule accordingly.

As a customer care chat specialist, you’ll respond to incoming messages on client websites and social media channels. Your responsibilities encompass answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, mobile device, or tablet is essential, along with consistent internet access. Competent English writing proficiency is required for this position.

Skills/background needed: Entry-level experience level, with no previous chat support background necessary. Full training and support are included to get you started confidently.
