What you will be doing:
- You will function as a chat support representative, addressing customer messages on company websites and messaging channels like Facebook Messenger. Your responsibilities will include delivering product details, addressing customer questions, sharing relevant resources, and managing promotional codes.
Rate:
- $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
- You need a compatible device for accessing chat platforms and website messaging tools, such as a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.
- Capacity to work autonomously while upholding professional standards consistently.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed guidelines and organize your workload effectively.
- A minimum of 5 hours weekly availability.
- Stable and dependable internet access is required.
Hours per week:
- Flexible scheduling options available from 5 to 40 hours weekly.
