Remote Chat & Email Support – Entry Level, Part Time, No Experience Required

Begin your journey in customer support as a Remote Chat & Email Support specialist. This part-time, entry-level opportunity welcomes newcomers to the field and offers genuine potential to develop your skills within a thriving organization. You’ll respond to customer messages through chat and email channels, delivering prompt and helpful assistance to every client.

This position requires no face-to-face interaction whatsoever. Communication happens entirely through written channels, including platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat systems. Since these are fully remote roles, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection.  

Your daily responsibilities will involve responding to incoming chat messages and emails on company websites and social platforms. You’ll address customer questions, share relevant product information, recommend special offers, and provide direct purchase links to customers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with stable internet access. You’ll also need competent English writing ability to communicate clearly with customers. 

Skills/background needed: This is beginner-friendly work, so comprehensive training gets provided to all new hires. Previous experience with chat support roles is not required or expected. 

Location: Remote work available globally, with preference given to United Kingdom-based applicants.
