What you will be doing: Remote Chat Coordinators manage customer inquiries that arrive through live messaging on company websites and social channels. You may field technical support requests from current clients or answer product-related questions from prospective customers.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set endpoint.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device that can connect to website chat platforms and social media messaging (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Capacity to manage tasks independently. Aptitude for following detailed guidelines precisely. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. High-speed internet access required.
