We’re seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time App Tester to evaluate mobile applications currently in development. This remote position lets you get hands-on experience with emerging apps from forward-thinking tech companies while earning competitive compensation. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying bugs and usability issues that directly influence product quality. Roles: Your core responsibilities will involve installing applications onto your mobile device and systematically testing all functionality. After completing your testing session, you’ll document your findings in a detailed review, highlighting any bugs or performance issues you encounter.
Requirements: You must own or have access to at least one compatible device, either an iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet.
Contract length: Flexible, with no set end date.
Rate: $35 per hour, with adjustments based on testing complexity and the depth of analysis required in your review.
Skills/background needed:
- Proficiency with mobile devices, including app installation and daily usage
- Capability to complete assignments without constant supervision
- Willingness to carefully adhere to testing protocols and documentation guidelines
- Minimum 5 hours weekly availability
- Stable broadband connection
Hours per week: Flexible.
