We’re seeking an Overnight Customer Care Specialist to deliver exceptional support through chat during late-night and early-morning hours. You’ll handle real-time chat conversations with care and professionalism, quickly resolving customer questions and concerns to create positive interactions at any hour.
This position is entirely text-based, so there are no phone calls or in-person interactions required. All communication happens through online chat platforms and messaging channels. Since it’s a fully remote opportunity, you can work from your chosen location with just a computer or mobile device and an internet connection.
Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat requests on company websites and social platforms. You’ll answer customer inquiries, share relevant product information, provide promotional codes, and guide visitors through their questions in a helpful manner.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A device like a laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a stable internet connection is essential. You’ll need functional written English communication skills to succeed in this role.
