Your day-to-day work involves responding to text messages on business websites and social media channels. You’ll handle customer inquiries, share relevant product information, and process promotional offers as needed.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with consistent internet access. You’ll need proficient written English communication abilities.

Skills/background needed: This is entry-level work requiring no previous text support experience. Complete onboarding and training get you prepared for day one.
