We’re seeking a Live Chat Representative to support creators and their audiences through real-time messaging conversations. This position focuses on managing incoming chat inquiries, addressing subscriber concerns, and fostering community engagement directly with content creators on the platform. You’ll work entirely from home while delivering quality support that strengthens the user experience.
This role requires only text-based communication, no phone calls or video meetings involved. All interactions happen through messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger. Since it’s a fully remote position, you can work from anywhere with an internet connection.
Your responsibilities involve responding to incoming messages on a creator’s profile or social channels. Tasks include addressing subscriber inquiries, sharing relevant links, and communicating special offers to engage audiences.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You’ll need a computer, smartphone, or tablet alongside a stable internet connection. Competent written English communication is essential for this role.
Skills/background needed: This position is entry-level, meaning comprehensive training is included in your onboarding. Previous experience with live chat platforms is not required or expected.
Location: Remote work available internationally, United Kingdom applicants strongly preferred.
