Remote Online Chatter – Work from Home Chat Support

As a Work from Home Chat Support specialist, you’ll interact with users across multiple channels, delivering helpful responses, engaging content, and meaningful conversations to keep our community vibrant and well-informed. This completely remote position gives you the autonomy to work wherever you choose, enabling you to collaborate with people around the world while preserving your work-life balance.

What you will be doing: Remote chat support specialists respond to incoming user inquiries through live messaging systems on websites and various social platforms. You may field technical assistance requests from active members or pre-sales inquiries from prospective clients. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must possess a device capable of accessing social media platforms and website messaging interfaces (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Ability to manage tasks autonomously. Capacity to adhere closely to established guidelines and protocols. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Dependable broadband connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
