Remote Chat Support Specialist – Entry Level Part-Time Available

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you’ll handle incoming conversations via live chat, respond to customer inquiries, share relevant product details, and work through resolution processes. No experience required—we’ll equip you with all the training you need to thrive in this role.

This position is entirely text-based with no phone or in-person communication involved. You’ll communicate exclusively through online chat channels, including platforms like Facebook Messenger. Since this is a fully remote opportunity, you can work from your location of choice and manage your own schedule.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat requests on company websites and social media platforms. You’ll address customer concerns, direct clients to relevant resources, and communicate special offers when appropriate.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable broadband access. Proficiency in written English at a basic level is required for this role.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with no prior experience necessary. Comprehensive training is included in the onboarding process, and you don’t need to have worked in chat support before.
