What you will be doing: Non-Voice Customer Service Reps respond to customer inquiries through live chat on company websites and social media platforms. You’ll help both current customers with support questions and prospective customers looking for sales information.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You need a device that can access website chat features and social media messaging, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Work effectively on your own without supervision. Follow instructions and established procedures with precision. Have at least 10+ hours available each week. Maintain a stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
