As a Mobile App Tester at entry level, you’ll get paid to download and test reading applications, including popular platforms like the Kindle app. This role is perfect if you want hands-on experience with cutting-edge reading technology while earning money. You’ll help shape the future of digital reading by identifying issues and offering valuable insights through detailed feedback.
Roles: Your day-to-day responsibilities include installing apps onto your mobile device or tablet, thoroughly exploring every function and feature, then documenting your findings in written reports. You’ll identify any bugs, glitches, or areas needing improvement and communicate these clearly in your assessments.
Requirements: You’ll need to own or have regular access to at least one of these devices: an iPhone, iPad, Android smartphone, or Android tablet.
Contract length: Flexible ongoing arrangement with no set end date.
Rate: $35 hourly rate, which may vary depending on application complexity and the depth of analysis needed for your evaluation.
Skills/background needed:
- Own a working mobile device or tablet with the ability to download and operate applications
- Capable of working without constant supervision
- Comfortable following detailed guidance and test protocols precisely
- Availability of minimum 5 hours weekly
- Stable broadband connection
Hours per week: Flexible.
