What you will be doing: You’ll respond to incoming customer messages through live chat systems on company websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include fielding support requests from existing customers as well as answering product and service questions from prospective buyers.

Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a device that supports accessing website chat platforms and social media messaging, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Ability to work with minimal supervision is essential. You should be comfortable following detailed instructions and protocols precisely. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability required. A stable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
