What you will be doing: Remote Live Chat Support Specialists respond to customer inquiries submitted through live chat platforms on company websites and messaging channels. You’ll field both technical support questions from existing patrons and pre-sales inquiries from prospective customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running chat and web applications. Capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision. Willingness to adhere to established protocols and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, high-speed internet access required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
