Are you a natural communicator with exceptional typing skills? We’re seeking a Help Desk Administrator to deliver outstanding chat support on a flexible, remote basis. If you excel at written communication and genuinely enjoy helping customers, this entry-level position could be your next opportunity.

You’ll spend your time responding to customer inquiries, guiding users through website features, and troubleshooting common problems, all via chat platforms such as Facebook Messenger. Earning up to $35 hourly, you’ll work with multiple clients across different industries, making sure every customer interaction is smooth and satisfying.

What you will be doing: As a Help Desk Administrator, you’ll monitor incoming chat messages on company websites and social platforms, addressing both customer service requests from established clients and sales inquiries from prospective buyers.

Contract length: Open-ended, with no specific end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing chat features on websites and social platforms. Self-direction and the ability to follow detailed guidelines are essential. Commit at least 10 hours weekly, and maintain a dependable internet connection throughout your shifts.
