In this role, you’ll engage with customers browsing Google Shopping-connected websites, answer their product questions, and guide them toward completing their purchases. What you will be doing: As a Remote Google Shopping Assistant, you’ll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat platforms integrated into partner websites and social media channels. You’ll assist both returning customers seeking product support and prospective buyers exploring shopping options, ensuring each conversation moves them toward a successful transaction.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms and browse websites. Ability to work autonomously without supervision. Capacity to follow detailed procedures and guidelines consistently. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Fast, stable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
