Content Moderator – Forum Community Management

We’re seeking a Content Moderator to support our Forum Community Management efforts and uphold the standards of meaningful conversations within our dynamic member network. Your key tasks will involve reviewing forum posts, applying community standards consistently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where all participants feel respected and heard.

What you will be doing: Forum community managers respond to member inquiries and discussions through the platform’s messaging and thread systems. Responsibilities encompass addressing member concerns from active participants as well as new joiners with general questions about the community.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Access to a compatible device for forum and platform management functions (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Capacity to work with minimal supervision. Comfort following established guidelines and protocols precisely. Availability of at least 10 hours weekly. Stable high-speed internet access.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
