You’ll respond to customer questions using our prepared templates, deliver helpful information, and resolve inquiries promptly. What you will be doing: Remote Chat Operators respond to customer inquiries submitted through live chat messaging on business websites and social platforms. You may address technical support requests from current clients or sales-related questions from prospective customers.
Contract length: Open-ended, no predetermined end date.
Rate: $35 hourly compensation.
Skills/background needed: Access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone capable of connecting to website chat platforms and social media chat functions. Ability to work autonomously. Strong attention to detail when following provided guidelines and workflows. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours minimum.
Location: 100% remote position, based online, United States applicants preferred.
