We’re recruiting Entry Level Chat Assistants to join our growing support team. If you’re dependable, personable, and enthusiastic about resolving customer concerns through written communication, this part-time remote opportunity may be a great fit. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, delivering comprehensive answers to their inquiries and guiding them through our services to ensure every interaction feels supportive and productive.
This position is entirely text-based with no phone or video calls involved. You’ll communicate exclusively through online chat channels like Facebook Messenger and similar platforms. Being fully remote means you can work from anywhere with an internet connection, giving you complete flexibility with your schedule.
As a chat assistant, you’ll be compensated for responding to customer messages on our digital platforms and social channels. Your day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant resources, and communicating promotional offers.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working device such as a laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with stable broadband connectivity. Competent English writing abilities are required for this role.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with no prior experience necessary. We provide comprehensive onboarding and instruction, so newcomers to chat support work are encouraged to apply.
