We’re actively recruiting entry level client care associates for remote positions, where you’ll engage with clients and address their questions using established response frameworks. This position involves zero phone interactions and provides an accessible, rewarding introduction to customer service work, complete with thorough onboarding training.
What you will be doing: Entry level client care associates respond to incoming client inquiries through live chat channels on company websites and social media platforms. You’ll handle both support requests from current clients and product questions from prospective customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with the capability to access website chat systems and social platforms. Ability to work autonomously without supervision. Capacity to adhere to detailed guidelines and processes. Minimum 10+ hours of weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
