Ecom Store Chat Support – Remote Work Available

Working as an Ecom Store Chat Support agent means responding to customer messages instantly, helping them complete purchases, and delivering exceptional service that keeps them coming back. We’re seeking motivated individuals who can jump in quickly and handle the excitement of a busy, constantly evolving workspace.

What you will be doing: You’ll respond to incoming messages from customers through live chat platforms on retail websites and social channels. Your inbox will include questions from repeat buyers needing assistance and inquiries from prospects exploring what’s available for purchase. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a working device, phone, tablet, or computer that can access chat systems and social platforms. Self-direction is essential, along with the ability to follow detailed protocols precisely. A minimum of 10 hours weekly availability and a stable internet connection are required for success in this role.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
