Customer Support Specialist – Remote Live Chat

Based in the United States? We’re seeking a remote customer support specialist to join our live chat operations. This position gives you the flexibility to assist customers through website and social media chat channels while maintaining a minimum 10-hour weekly commitment. Complete onboarding and training are included to set you up for success.

What you will be doing: As a customer support specialist in live chat, you’ll respond to incoming messages from both current clients seeking assistance and prospective customers with product inquiries. Your responses will appear across web-based chat widgets and social media messaging platforms, addressing a variety of customer needs in real-time.

Contract length: Open-ended, with no predetermined end date.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running web chat and social media platforms. Self-direction and the ability to adhere closely to provided guidelines are essential. A minimum availability of 10 hours weekly is required, along with a stable internet connection.

Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.

Location: Fully remote position, United States-based applicants preferred.
