Customer Success Associate – No Phone Calls | Entry Level

What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll connect with customers through live chat channels on websites and social platforms, answering their inquiries, sharing details about offerings and features, and supporting transaction and marketing efforts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/Background Needed:

  • Access to a compatible device for website and social chat platforms, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • Capability to manage your workload without constant supervision.
  • Attention to detail when executing assigned procedures.
  • Minimum 5 hours weekly availability.
  • Dependable broadband or wireless connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours
