In this entry-level role, you’ll engage with clients through text-based chat, answer their questions, troubleshoot issues, and create great interactions, all from behind a screen.
What you will be doing: Customer Interaction Specialists respond to incoming messages through live chat platforms on company websites and social media channels. You’ll field technical support requests from current customers as well as pre-purchase inquiries from prospective clients.
Contract length: Flexible, no set end date.
Rate: $35 hourly.
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a working device, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer, that can access chat platforms and websites. Capacity to work autonomously without supervision. Willingness to follow detailed guidelines and procedures precisely. A minimum of 10 hours per week available. Stable, high-speed internet access required.
Hours per week: Minimum 10 hours weekly.
Location: Work from anywhere with internet access, candidates from the United States strongly preferred.
