Customer Experience Chat Support Specialist

What you will be doing: As a Customer Experience Chat Support Specialist, you will respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat channels on websites and social platforms. You’ll address both support concerns from current customers and product inquiries from prospective clients. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need equipment capable of accessing website chat platforms and social media messaging tools, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-directed work style is essential. Capacity to adhere closely to documented procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
