What you will be doing: As a live chat support specialist, you’ll respond to incoming customer inquiries submitted through live chat portals on company websites and social media platforms. These conversations may originate from existing customers seeking assistance or prospective customers interested in learning about available offerings.
Contract length: Open-ended arrangement with no set expiration date.
Rate: $35 hourly compensation.
Skills/background needed: Access to a computing device capable of running social media and chat interface applications, including smartphones, tablets, or computers. Capacity to work autonomously without constant supervision. Demonstrated ability to adhere strictly to established protocols and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable broadband or mobile internet access.
