What you will be doing: Remote chat specialists respond to customer inquiries through live messaging systems on company websites and social platforms. You’ll address support concerns from current clients and answer product questions from prospective buyers, all from your home office. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a device capable of accessing website chats and social messaging platforms, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. You must work autonomously without supervision. Following detailed guidelines and protocols is essential. Minimum 10+ hours weekly availability required. A dependable internet connection is mandatory.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
